We are looking for our future Kitchen Team Leader to join our team. We want to continue to develop our appreciated restaurant KÖKET at IKEA Museum and therefore are we looking for an innovative and driven person. In the role you will be responsible for the business and the people in the kitchen at IKEA Museum. You will be leading a team of 8-12 co-workers. The Kitchen Team Leader reports to the Restaurant Manager at IKEA Museum.
The purpose of the role:
Contribute to a positive experience for our guests by leading and coaching the kitchen team
Together with the Café Team Leader, be responsible for developing and securing an attractive and sustainable range in line with our food range direction at IKEA Museum
Ensure that the food that we serve meets our high standards of quality
Be responsible for our food safety (HACCP) and secure that we work according to laws and regulations
Secure the daily operations and our way of working
Lead, offer, plan and perform of major events and activities
Be responsible for the budget of the function
Build a strong partnership with both internal and external stakeholders
Secure a great work environment
