As a Kitchen leader, Cooking and preparing food will be an easy job for you. Your past experiences, natural leadership skills will now get a chance to really shine through. While preparing the good meals, you will have to ensure the restaurant remains profitable and your team is continuously developing.

Your everyday responsibilities:
• Controlling and directing the food preparation and packaging processes.
• Managing and working closely with other team members.
• Responsible for food & hygiene and health & safety.
• Aware of HACCP and equally capable of implementing it at your workplace.
• Running day to day operation.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Your other responsibilities:
• Weekly ordering of foods and packaging.
• Updating daily check lists.
• Maintaining and updating schedule within the given maximum labour cost.
• Monthly Inventory count, controlling food costs & a waste management.
• Overall responsibility of hiring and training new staffs.
