KING söker Promotion Manager
Arbetsuppgifter: - You will focus on writing emails and Facebook fan page posts for the King.com players.
• You will be the voice of our games externally and the voice of the customers internally. You will work with CRM channels to humanize the company, increase user retention for our games and build product loyalty.
• Work closely with developer teams, marketing team, graphics team, product team and translation team
• Post on the King.com Facebook fan page and manage the addition of any new fan pages
• Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer requests & product performance
• Create tournament emails for our existing players
• Moderate fan page discussions
• Be responsible for setting up and configuring login promos to complement promotional campaigns and analyzing their success
Kompetensprofil: We think that you are?
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably some additional languages
Structured and a good planner and extremely organised
An independent team worker that takes the ball and runs with it
Either experienced in (a) CRM and customer service (b) traffic (c) online campaign management
Passionate about the Internet in general, and games in particular (Note: By ?games? we refer to everything from Angry Birds to Yatzy to Monopoly to Call of Duty.)
A curious and fast learner
Motivated by challenges and new opportunities
Actively using Facebook, and probably have an iPhone or an Android phone
Able to work in a team environment with maturity
• it would also be a pure bonus if you have:
• Experience from working at a growing IT company
• Played any of our games already
The position is based in Stockholm
