The Key Account Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for
i) Key Account analysis & opportunity identification in collaboration with the multifunctional team
ii) ensuring that clear and choiceful plans are developed, resourced, coordinated and deployed for all brands across Key accounts in a way that enables the key account organization to deliver their Joint Business Plan (JBP) targets.
iii) Additionally, the responsibility is to ensure that practical customer insights are built into the key account customer plans, and for testing the sufficiency of the plans to deliver the brand business objectives within the established budgets.
We are looking for someone that:
• Planning and tracking on sales and in process measures for Swedish key accounts. Local deep dive analysis and development of intervention plans
• Customer Strategy and Plans Development for Key Accounts
• Collaborates cross functionally to develop winning strategies and plans, based on deep market & customer insights that will grow volume, Net revenue and profit in Key Accounts
• Accountable for adaptation of i) sell-in plans /KA campaigns promotion planning to market and customer needs and ii) of sales / marketing materials. Ownership for Key Account marketing cost budgets.
Customer and Organization Support for Key Accounts- responsible for back-office responsiveness/support to enable the multifunctional team to better serve the Key Account customers
• Local Key Account Customer Activities - Develop and deploy local key customer value added programs and activities together with the multifunctional
team. Execute and follow-up the planned activities of Swedish Key Accounts

• You have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a sales or commercial role
• Fluent in Swedish and English - both speaking and writing
• You are based in the Stockholm area
• Highly numerate with strong Excel and Financial Modelling skills, be analytical and inquisitive by nature and be able to understand and spot trends in
complex data and interpret them
