Encare, a Swedish health tech company, offers a cloud-based system for activation of ERAS® "best practice" guidelines in hospitals, resulting in improved patient outcome after surgery and significant healthcare cost savings for the hospital.

The Roles

We are looking to fill several positions within Sales and Marketing who together will build up our Sales and Marketing Team, based in Stockholm. The positions are:

• Senior Key Account Manager -Partner Sales
• Senior Key Account Manager- Large accounts
• Product Manager

In each role you will get the opportunity to drive sales through close collaboration with healthcare providers, partners and ERAS® Center of Excellence respectively. You will in the end provide hospitals with cutting edge SaaS (Software as a Service) system solutions for enabling the ERAS® concept (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery). Compliance with the ERAS® concept results in improved patient outcome through less complications and shortened length of stay in the hospital in connection with major surgery.

In your role you will be responsible for the full Sale cycle, from prospecting until closure. You will work independently with your clients and partners and get the opportunity to develop your role and sales methods strategically to achieve the KPIs for the role.

As Encare is in a strong growth phase we believe that you are interested to build up both the sales network externally as well as working with the sales organization internally.

Qualifications

• About 5 years of experience in large account sales preferably within Med Tech
• Working globally with sales toward Physicians and/or Health care providers
• Tender management
• Negotiation with large purchase organisations
• Build trust
• Reference selling?
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Good knowledge in relevant IT-tools, MS Office
• Experience of tender business is a merit

You have high sales activity and enjoy networking as well as closure. Additionally, we think that you are strong in negotiating and are systematic, structured, flexible and have a humble approach towards colleagues and customers. At Encare you will work in a global environment demanding you speak and write English fluently. The positions are open ended and full-time. Travels are estimated to about 80 nights/year
