MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the sales team you will have the opportunity to work with the top companies in every market. Your focus will be sales of advanced research tools and communication solutions within the field of employer branding to existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for building and improving client relationships. As part of your role you will contribute to the development of our products, become involved in media relations as well as our seminars and events. In your daily work, you have a large degree of freedom, but at the same time, there are high demands on your performance. You will have the opportunity to become an employer branding specialist while driving sales to achieve your targets and the overall goals of the organisation. Universum is a dynamic company where team work is crucial to success; therefore you will need to work closely with your colleagues in the sales team, as well as members of the research and production teams.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years relevant professional experience. You would typically have sale experience from a media company, professional services or the hospitality industry
• A business degree
• Experience in business to business sales
• Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Russian, Finnish
• Experience of research based sales and selling communication is beneficial, but not a prerequisite.
• Professional presentation experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• You will be based at one of our offices in Europe. Frequent travelling is required.
• The remuneration is a combination of a fixed salary and a performance related bonus.
