The function Strategic Customer Sales belongs to the department Parts and Service at Scania Head Office. The Parts and Service department is responsible for the sales and development of Scania's spare parts and service business. Our responsibility is to develop the service sales towards key account customers; truck, bus and engines.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for services in the teams working with key account customers. You will work closely together with involved business units and factory functions to find solutions and to implement these to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. This important work will be focusing on both existing and new trucks/engines at our key account customers. The achievements will create best practises, which you are responsible to share within the Scania organisation.
Our goal is to create long term partnership with our customers where all parties focus on their key competences and where we can be profitable together.
Profile
You are a person eager to find solutions to our customers challenges and you have a strong commercial touch. You need to enjoy working in teams. It's important that you see a challenge in taking part in the deal from start until the deal is implemented and activated. Often, the service business consist of many different parameters, which puts a high demand on your analytic/structural skills.
Most likely you have a commercial or technical university degree or similar. Previous experience from sales is highly appreciated. Experience from services and/or working out on the field is also meritorious.
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing is a must as well as willingness to travel.
The position reports to Head of Strategic customer sales, Parts and Service, Jörgen Magnusson.
