We are looking for a Key Account Manager with good sales skills to start up the new operation in Stockholm. The position also includes recruitment.
Software Skills have had a great year and now we need the right person to take responsibility for the start up of the Stockholm office. As a Key Account Manager at Software Skills and also responsible for this start up you will be involved in a lot of interesting projects and will be given a lot of freedom at work.
You will work in Stockholm but have close contact with the co-workers in Gothenburg, where the company has its base. Some traveling to the Gothenburg office will be required. You will have total control over your own time and therefore you have to be self-disciplined and well structured. Since it?s a start up you have to be driven, ambitious and motivated, have a positive attitude and love a challenge!
Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads
• Interview candidates for technical job positions
• Search, screen and present qualified candidates to our customers
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Take responsibility for the Stockholm office
Skills & Requirements:
• Sales experience - not afraid to pick up the phone and make new connections
• Ability to learn technical information
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a requirement and in Swedish is a plus
• If you are a skilled programmer this is a big plus!
• A big network within IT in Stockholm will be a good help in the job
