Your new role:
The holder of this position is responsible for managing and developing assigned merchants portfolio for Tax Free Shopping, Dynamic Currency Conversion and Media products and to gain assigned new business accounts in Sweden and where applicable, across the Nordic region as this position involves managing some accounts with an international presence. The Nordic office is at Västmannagatan in Stockholm where 10 people work.

Main duties and responsibilities
o Delivery of sales targets
o Delivery of new business targets
o Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
o Coordination of Sell-out activities done by AM Sell-out within assigned accounts
o Cross sell GB products to existing accounts
o Account Plan preparation and Opportunity Pipeline management
o Customer relationship management
o Brick wall accounts against competitors
o Monitor and manage debts level of assigned accounts and minimise bed debts exposure
o Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
o Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
o Ensure that all relative market and business information is transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way

Desired skills and experience
You have an academic degree in sales or business administration or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. We see that you have 3-5 years' experience in Key Account Management, ideally from the retail industry or financial service. You have a genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets. You have a business acumen, commerciality and executive selling skills, including excellent communication and negotiation skills. To establish good relationships with customers is something you do without effort, and you have excellent presentation skills. We also see that you have good knowledge in English, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of MS Office products.
