Air France KLM operates 462 weekly flights from 14 destinations in Norway, Finland, Denmark and Sweden providing access to the hubs of Amsterdam Schiphol and Paris Charles De Gaulle. From the hubs the company provides an excellent network to worldwide destinations. The company has a long and rich history in the region and is a strong and well established brand.

The Air France KLM North Europe office is based in Solna. The centralized activities for the region North Europe such as sales, marketing & communication, human resources and finance are based here. The Solna location is also the main office for the Swedish commercial establishment.

Jobdescription
As Key Account Manager you will manage and optimize a portfolio of online- and offline leisure travel agencies and lead contract (re)negotiations. By strongly steering you portfolios and by focusing on yield improvement you directly contribute to the company's profitability. You are the main point of contact for our customers and you will manage their expectations and complaints as well as liaising with internal departments to solve issues, both on the short term as well as structurally.

You will be working in a dynamic and highly demanding environment with a strong focus on cost control and yield optimization.

You will report to the Air France KLM Sales Manager for Sweden. You will work closely together with Sales Support, Marketing, Pricing and Distribution in order to maximize the revenues of your portfolio.

Profile
You want to work in a dynamic and highly demanding environment with a strong focus on cost control and yield optimization. Therefore we are looking for candidates who focus on process improvements through innovative thinking. You are structured and able to gather and analyze data to further optimize the results of your portfolio. You are willing and able to work on assigned departmental projects and other transversal tasks, organizing workshops, events or study trips.

Requirements:
• Proven Sales experience within the airline or travel trade industry
• Strong experience in the online travel trade
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Result oriented attitude
• Fluent in Swedish and English both in orally and in writing
• Proficient skills with MS Office (Power Point, Excel)
• Preferred knowledge of Qlikview and Salesforce.com
