Our core competences lies in the optimisation and management of energy production from renewable sources (e.g wind and hydro) as well as from traditional thermal sources (e.g. Combined Heat&Power - CHP). In addition to this, we act as supplier of services to- and delivery of energy to utilities and very large consumers.

As one of the key players in the Nordic market, we are constantly seeking to expand our services to other European markets. To strengthen our profile and activities in the Nordic market we are looking for a Key Account Manager with a strong background in the energy sector.

The Position
You will join the highly experienced Neas Nordic team, which add more value to our customers by offering a various combination of energy services.
Taking responsibility for customer relations in especially Sweden and Norway, you will be involved in all phases of business development, product design and execution/creation of quality services for the Nordic market. You will do all of this in close cooperation with the Neas Nordic team to expand the Nordic market. The location for the position could be in Stockholm, but we are open to other locations as well.

Your tasks will include:
• Increase the sales platform for Neas Energy with focus on Sweden and Norway
• Developing and implementing new solutions, products and sales strategies aimed at the energy markets of Sweden and Norway
• Establishing close relation to potential and existing customers
• Representing Neas Energy at trade fairs and conferences
• Supporting the establishment of efficient internal processes for operational management and settlement

Our expectations for you
You are well connected within the Swedish and Norwegian energy sector preferably with relevant experience from the energy business. Having an eye on the market and the regulatory environment, you are able to act quickly in favour of Neas Energy's customers. Visiting our customers and spending time at our main office in Aalborg will require that you should expect to spend time for travelling.

Your skills:
• Extensive knowledge of the Nordic market environment, with an established network and 5 years of experience in the energy sector
• Front-office experience from sales of energy products
• Good knowledge of, and/or good network within, local/regional utility companies
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish/Norwegian and English. Finnish is not requested, but would be an extra plus
• Flexible, open minded, structured and good in communication
• Preferable if you have experience of financial products within the energy trading sector
• Preferable if you are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
