hela Sverige As Key account Manager you will be the main contact for the customer within System Technology. You will have an important role to involve in the market and tender planning and communicate this within HVDC. It will be your task to manage the involved work throughout a tender process and ensure that tenders are delivered on time, assuring the capacity, cost and quality.
You will be responsible to drive the continuous improvements and follow up on our performance towards the customer. This you will do by working closely to our engineering, product management, purchasing and production departments. Further it is required that you have a good understanding of the contractual agreement and assure that this is followed by both parties. With us you will get a varying job, where you will meet new people and challenges on a regular basis. The role will provide you with a large network within HVDC and great development opportunities.
We are looking for a team-player with experience from Sales & Orders and from working in a technical environment. As you will take part in both technical and commercial aspects, it is important that you are a quick learner and can contribute with excellent communication skills.
As a Key Account Manager you need to be comfortable with offering everything from spare parts up to complex scope for green field projects, taking initiatives individually and finding solutions. We believe that you have the ability to manage several things in parallel as well as a great sense for organizing and prioritizing.
To thrive in this position you also need to enjoy collaborating with your colleagues, manage MS Excel and be fluent in both Swedish and English. It is to your advantage if you are familiar with the HVDC technology and if you have a degree in business or engineering.
You will be part of HVDC within the Power Grids division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Join our Sales & Orders department, who manages tenders and orders in both new and after sales projects. HVDC System Technology Valves delivers electric power converters and optic measuring devices for HVDC and FACTS applications.
