About the job:

This is a full time position and you will be employed directly to Trane. The recruitment process will be managed by Bravura.

Trane manufactures climate and cooling systems for buildings and homes as well as for transport of goods. The company works to create a better world by giving customers higher performance with less environmental impact by reducing energy consumption. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager in the aftermarket department at the Stockholm office.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities as a Key Account Manager are to maintain strong relationships with the customer portfolio and developing additional business for service sales in Sweden. You develop the best solutions for customers in collaboration with other departments when necessary. This includes providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise, and through partnership with installers, designers and investors. You participate in the development of indirect sales and build a network of dealers and sales agents. Furthermore, you prepare proposals with the support of the quotations team, you present offers, and lead negotiations. In addition, you regularly report key sales metrics and monitor market trends, and benchmark against competitors to the management.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Multiple years' experience in selling B2B within the HVAC or refrigeration market
• Knowledge in the industry and a strong interest
• Fluency in both English and Swedish

We are looking for a person who wants to be a part of a market leader, known for the innovation and the quality of it's products, and to be part of an energized team. You possess strong communication and influencing skills. Furthermore, you are a self-motivated person with a hunter mindset and a willingness to overachieve sales targets and build lasting relationship with customers. At last, you are highly autonomous and organized and can easily work remotely. The position is home-office based and includes frequent field trips in the region.
