ENGLISH-SPEAKING KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim to improve the communication between talent and employers. Since the start, the US has been one of our key markets and our clients include Altria, Cargill, Ford, KPMG, UnitedHealth Group and many more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Key Account Manager for the US & Global market, you will:
• Find new business opportunities as well as managing existing client relations
• Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone, live meetings and delivery workshops with employers, industry peers, universities and media partners
• Drive sales, research, analysis and marketing activities and events
• Create insights and prepare client presentations and proposals
• Build Potentialpark's brand as well as your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as an account manager, expert, marketer and speaker
• Cooperate with other Account Managers and Markets to build, develop and coordinate our operations and knowledge creation

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you are:
• Sales-driven and target-focused with a willingness to consistently go above and beyond to achieve results
• A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments
• Confident with strong, proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• A great relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Interested in our areas of expertise

We expect you to have:
• A university degree; minimum Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of proven experience in sales and account management
• Native level of spoken and written English
• Relevant experience for the above mentioned position
