• Build and develop good business relationships within existing partners and new partners.
• Be a part of our Sales team.
• Coordinate communication between key accounts and internal functions
• Build long term relationships and maintain a high presence with targeted customers and accounts
• Analyze and understand the needs and expectations of the customers
• Create and update a business plan covering short and long term needs and actions as well as short and long term vision for targeted accounts and identify future success factors.
• Execute the account plans.
• Perform and follow up on activities towards stakeholders, target customers and key accounts.
• Has documented experience from marketing and sales position (preferably in automotive sector).
• Is structured and organized with a high customer focus.
• Use to work independently.
• Fluent Swedish, English and preferably German in speech and writing are necessary for the position.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Strong capabilities in networking and relation building is needed.
• You have good communication skills and known as a good team player
• A good understanding and ability of how to translate technical data into customer value for identified customer needs.
• Interest in sales data and analytics
• As a person, you are purposeful, resilient, open minded, flexible, self-motivated with good social skills
• Drivers license.
