We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a:
Key Account Manager Finland
Universum Finland consists of a team of five people working in sales and marketing. As we are rapidly expanding, both with new clients and new products we are strengthening our local sales team with a Key Account Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your focus will be on sales of advanced research tools and communication solutions within the field of employer branding to existing and prospective clients in Finland. In your daily work, you have a large amount of freedom, but at the same time, there are high demands on your performance. You will take part in business development activities such as; product launches, product development and events in order to strengthen relationships and boost sales. In time the role will become more focused on strategic issues and business development.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years relevant professional experience, ideally from a leading international services organisation.
• Experience from B2B sales.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish, Swedish or additional language skills are a merit.
• Experience of research based sales and selling communication is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Positive team player who is comfortable in a dynamic environment
• High performer who takes initiative
• Target driven and solutions-orientated.
• Commercially astute and market driven.
• Highly motivated with potential to excel to a management position.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• You will be based at our local office in Helsinki.
• The remuneration is a combination of a competitive fixed salary and a performance related bonus.
