We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who will ensure a long-term business relation with our current customers as well as finding new customers. You will engage with customers throughout the lifecycle (presales - sales - delivery - service). You will be a member of the Sales team of Europe and will report to Global Sales Head, who is based in India and Senior Vice President Europe, who is based in Germany.

As a KAM at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering you are expected to increase sales and profits through close interaction with both existing and new customers. This is a challenging position and there will be opportunities to take responsibility in a tough sales environment. This position requires travelling, mostly within Europe.

You will work with:
• Our RFQ-process (quotation to customers)
• Preparation of Sales Budget and Strategy in line with Company plans
• Analyze customer needs, forecasts and sales trends to develop solutions that utilize our entire product offering
• Intelligence gathering on customers, market and competitors to create effective solutions
• Liaise with internal resources to solve customer problems, provide excellent service to customers and ensure correct service implementation
• Developing new businesses with existing customers
• Developing new customers
• Customer contract discussions

Competence requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration
• Skills in marketing and knowledge of financial key performance indicators
• Experience in sales and negotiations with global customers
• Experience in building long-term relationships
• Ability to work in a matrix/networked organization through emails & phone / video calls
• Knowledge of reading engineering drawings and preferably knowledge in hydraulics
• Experience from working in ERP-systems, preferably Monitor
• Fluency in MS Office usage
• Fluency in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are an advantage
• Personal skills such as result orientation and a structured working manner combined with a good ability to create relationships and do business
