• Develop and present unique campaign proposals and suggestions for the customers, based on analyses, market opportunities and products/category management
• Develop and responsible for sales strategy in terms of channel and customer strategy and prioritizations, identifying sales and profit opportunities, key growth drivers per product category, channels and customer
• Accountable for supporting the delivery of overall Country business target linked to customers targets
• Ensure effective Sales A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend
• Deliver sales (Net Sales Value), volume and gross margin according to annual plan and target
• Manage the relationship with key trade partners, defining commercial agreements, promotional plans and driving the innovation agenda. Distribution levels, visibility and persuasion programs are key levels to grow the business
• Develop detailed customers plan yearly (tactic) but also more long term (strategic) to strive to always have growth on customers
• Constantly track customer plans and performance. Always be the KAM that proactively make recommendations to help improve customer profitability.
• Maximize the use of all available data and information in order to support all customers
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering or other tertiary education (IHM or similar)
• 2-5 years sales experience from a KAM position in the Swedish special trade and/or retail or grocery trade
• Experience from the retailer side within the categories can be a plus!
• Good knowledge in finance, logistics and marketing
• MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) - advanced level
• Used to follow and deliver according to plan and budget
• Fluent in Swedish and English (oral & written)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
