Key Account Manager/Export Sales

Our customer
Riflex Film AB in Ronneby was acquired during end 2014/2015 by German KAP Beteiligungs- AG based in Fulda.
Riflex Film AB is one of the few Scandinavian manufacturers of plastic films using a technique called calendering and works with a distinctive, specialising and niche product strategy.
The company covers the whole chain from product development to production and sales. Up to 98% of production is exported, mainly to the larger countries within the EU, but a certain percentage is sold globally.
Riflex Film AB has about 50
employees and a turnover of about 140 MSEK.

Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to be based in our offices in
Ronneby. You will report to the Managing Director who is also acting Sale's Manager for the
time being.
• Focus on developing partnerships with existing customers and at the same time
generating new business through direct sales or through our agents.
• Working extensively on an international basis.
• Close contact with the customers, agents in several countries, and close cooperation
with product development and production in Ronneby.
• Responsibility for the sales target and ensure that the results are achieved.
• Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers in prioritized
segments.
• Full responsibility for your own commitment, from the planning of your work to
profitability and quality.
Who we are looking for?
• Experience from sales in the plastics industry is an advantage.
• You are business-oriented, structured and sustainable and it is easy for you to build
trust and long-term customer relationships.
• You see our growth plan as a challenge and want to contribute to our continued
success.
• You are determined, motivated and have a strong drive to make business.
• You are customer focused, positive and an outgoing person.
• You have a minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in an international
environment and focused towards technical products and projects.
• Good computer skills, including working in different business systems.
• Travel is expected between 50-60 days a year.
• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing and a good technical understanding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill essential in English & Swedish.
