hela Sverige We are looking for a replacement of a Key Account Manager to join our team in Malmö. The successful candidate will both develop and maintain the current business and is experienced enough to work with some of our most important clients. You will report into Nordic Sales Manager Jacob Högholt.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver on set targets for your customer base. Achieve gross profit and volume target working closely with suppliers, sales and supply chain. Drive development of sales to your customer base. Regularly review product portfolio to define new product needs and actively work to ensure an optimal portfolio development. Based on commercial segmentation define and share with sales team the profit strategy for specific products/product families and drive a valuable pricing to enable profitable target achievements.
Key Tasks
You will plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on customer visits. Together with line manager plan your territory in order to develop the business and work closely with Technical Sales.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced KAM with previous experience from a similar role in B2B sales. Previous experience in or knowledge of chemicals and the coatings sector will be seen as advantageous. You have a relevant degree from a university or college or equivalent. You are extremely structured and focused on growth and development. You are fast on pricing and have excellent communications skills. The successful candidate is business oriented, innovative, engaged, convincing and service minded.
This position requires you to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. As you will be working with all Nordic countries an understanding of the Nordic languages is an advantage. English is our corporate language.
