Job Description
As Key Account Manager,you will be a part of developing our business towards external partners. You will identify, develop and coordinate new sales opportunities to maximize sales and profitability. You will also be guiding our partners through their collaboration with us and to cater for their identified needs.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be a spokesperson for Arket and develop relationships with existing partners.
Coordinate communication between key accounts and internal teams such as Buying, Design, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Accounting.
Develop an understanding of key account needs.
Present strategic recommendations to several different points of contact.
Drive sales through strategic planning as well as analyzing sales performance.
Prepare and own selection meetings with our partners.
Be active in developing and continuously improving the way of working.
Analytical skills and the drive to follow up on figures and take action.
Share and exchange knowledge within the portfolio brands to seek improvement in ways of working.
Initiate and implement methods/ways of working towards external partners as well as internally. As the routines are new, evaluate current ways of working and come up with ideas for improvement.

Qualifications
We are looking for
A collaborative, proactive and self-driven person who is eager to learn and develop both yourself and the people you work with, you can work both independent but also enjoy being part of a team and achieving things together. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, structured and organized as well as being a problem solver that is self-motivated and sees possibilities.
To be successful in this role we believe you have/are:
Few years of previous experience from working with sales and/or buying. Preferable as a Buyer, Buying.
Assistant, Merchandiser or Key Account Manager.
Previous experience from working towards an external partner is a great advantage but not a requirement.
Great administrative and coordinating skills - you work in a structured and orderly mannered, organizing your own and others time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different types of roles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify and analyze problems to find appropriate effectively and proactively solutions.
A strong team player who is open-minded and solution-oriented.
Experience and/or the ability to lead, delegate and develop others.
Proactive and make things happen - a doer who does rather than waits.
Able to run projects on your own, but love to inspire and work in teams to reach new levels.
Thriving in a fast-moving start-up organization and comfortable switching between strategic work and hands-on implementation
Fluent in English
