In addition to Europe, we are strengthening our presence in the Nordic countries. We are offering an exciting career opportunity to an exceptional Key Account Manager who wants to take on responsibility for and play a significant role in Findity's growth in Norway.

What you'll be doing
As our Key Account Manager in Norway, you will play a significant role in our growth. You will be our ambassador for Findity's expense product and be responsible for sales to C-levels at medium to large companies on the Norwegian market. Due to our partner-first strategy your main focus will be to identify, reach out to and close deals with new Key partners in Norway.

Taking on this role, which requires the highest levels of energy, ambition and entrepreneurship, means both having full ownership of driving your own pipeline of new business and build relations with existing customers in Norway to offer them new services to increase MRR/ARR. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead, outreach and relationship-building with decision-makers and stakeholders, to creating business opportunities and closing deals.

We plan to continue to grow the sales team and the successful candidate for this position will be a central component in building our sales team in Norway. Travel in Norway is part of this position.

Who you are
As our Key Account Manager in Norway, you are our face to the outside world and an engine in our growth. That's why it is important for us that you recognize yourself when being described as an unpretentious, fearless, results-oriented doer. You simply make things happen and you are used to setting tough targets and working diligently to achieve them. You are described as a business-oriented hunter of sales and you are known for your keen sense of understanding customers' needs and leveraging those needs to create value and deliver results. For this role you must be a natural leader, a good colleague and a good communicator.

You:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B and SaaS sales, where you have achieved outstanding sales results
• Have great listening skills
• Know how to perform a great needs analysis
• Can build relationships
• Know how to close deals
• Speak and write fluent Norwegian and English
• Are driven to constantly develop
• Are a self-starter, motivated to achieve exceptional results.

The icing on the cake
It's to your advantage if you have had leadership roles in sales before.
