We wish to continue fostering a strong culture of compassion and trust, therefore, we will prioritize applicants that fit us culturally.The positionVultus has numerous business to business relationships that are continuously being developed, as as well as planned marketing campaigns, that need to be expanded and implemented. The scope of this position is act as the interface between customers and the sales and marketing team, aiding CSO in managing these relationships, as well as reaching out to new potential customers. You will also be representing Vultus at events and are comfortable with giving presentations and traveling. As an early member of the team, you will gain large amounts of freedom, thus, it is important that you have a high quality of work and are comfortable with responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining long term relationship with clientsApproaching new clientsManaging deals and negotiations with clients Establish and present reports such as timeline estimates, status reports and account service documentationProvide general administrative support of coordination of marketing and sales team output with customer expectationsRequirements Minimum of 3 years experience with B2B salesProven ability to work independently as account managerProven experience with technological productsSolid background in the agricultural industryUnderstanding of quantitative and qualitative international market researchExperience with pitching and presentingExperience in working with CRMDesired SkillsOrganisedAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyDetail orientedAbility to adapt based on demand of customers and projectsStrong sense of responsibilityOrganised documentation and follow-up structure/skillsVerbal and written communication skills, with customers and teamAbility to work independently
