The challenge
As a Key Account Manager you will have the full responsibility to develop and manage WirelessCar's relationship and business with existing customer or new customers. You will together with the Program Manager functionally manage the global customer program and thereby drive the business with our customers. You will create and maintain strong relations. The Key Account Manager does not have direct reporting personal.
Your key responsibilities
• Develop and expand trust relationships with key customers to ensure long term business
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and turn those into new leads and opportunities
• Communicate customer demands and needs into the organisation
• Pro-actively propose WirelessCar 's solutions and services that will improve the customer's business and operations
• Develop, maintain, communicate and execute on customer plan, aligned with sales plans and strategy
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, sales budget and net profit
• Negotiate agreements
• Ensure that agreement execution is carried out by delivery
• Responsible for price setting

A successful applicant needs to enjoy and embrace working in a complex context with a matrix organization where global functional responsibilities and customer team co-exists. The job will also require frequent travelling, as well as on-site working at sites outside Gothenburg, mainly within Europe.
Who you are
You are open- and business-minded, flexible and thrive under challenging and changing conditions. As person you are a curious, result oriented and a true possibility seeker. You enjoy teamwork and have an inclusive approach to your work. We believe that you bring:
• Academic degree within Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant area
• +5 years' experience from complex B2B sales and/or sales management
• Proven good achievements in customer relationship building
• Knowledge about connected services and excellent understanding of the automotive market and customer value for the OEM/Dealer and end user
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent English skills, speaking and writing, German is an advantage
• Proven experience of working with stakeholders on an executive level internal and external
• Successful track record of reaching results above target
• Ability to take significant responsibility for decisions and results
