MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure assigned territory growth and profitability by developing solid business relationships with new and existing clients for Adtoox
• Consultative sales against new and existing customers
• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
• Network and promote Adtoox at industry events
• Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
• Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
• Forecasting and reporting
• Moderate travel (50%)

WHO YOU ARE
You have strong networking skills, enjoy building relationships and negotiating with senior decision makers. You find it easy to work independently but still appreciate the team spirit in a fast-paced workplace. You are a fast learner with a high competitive spirit. Moreover, you are driven, enthusiastic and excel in everything you do. The work involves a high activity level and you should be prepared to work hard to get the best results.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven track record (5+ years) consistent quota attainment selling solutions in an enterprise environment
• Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA
• Experience with direct and indirect selling channels
• Highly driven, determined & business oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Extensive industry and customer network
• Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian and English
• Academic degree
• Basic technical understanding and interest
