We are now looking for the right person to fill the opening as Key Account Manager within the southern part of Sweden. This position will be home-office based.

WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
You will be part of a very skilled Nordic Sales organization of approximately 25 people in total. Alongside 8 other colleagues you will report directly to manager of Nordic Sales, Jimmy Ek. The team will be covering the Nordic region in collaboration with other functions from Inside Sales and Engineering & Training. Together we strive to translate Axis products into successful and value-based relationships with our partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A KAM?
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), it will be your job to head sales within a selected number of strategic accounts. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of business plans for these accounts, and it will be your job to set and continuously evaluate annual targets. You will handle these accounts daily acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis. Other responsibilities include:
Inspire our partners
* Actively participate in tradeshows, webinars and other promotional activities
* Work closely with the sales team and other roles within your territory to support, inspire and educate Axis partners (Distributers, System Integrators & Resellers)
* Provide the best solutions and ensure a good alignment with our partner eco-system
Thrive business
* Develop clear business plans for the selected accounts
* Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI's on these
* Prepare sales reports with new and existing projects
Create value
* Visiting your partners to maintain and develop the relationships
* Collaborate with your partners to increase the Axis reach and presence within your territory
* Work closely together with the system integrators; to develop the project pipeline and close projects
The nature of this job requires travelling across Sweden

We'd love to hear that you have/are...
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security
* High technical interest
* Experience of account management and developing accounts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Native in Swedish & English language, written and spoken
Experience from working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security is a plus. However, the greatest importance will be attached to your personality, attitude and mindset.
