Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for the Southwest of Sweden and Norway who will play a key role in the further success of Axis in this geographical area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Key Account Manager you will have sales responsibility for the market Southwest of Sweden and Norway.
You will take care of our top ten customers in this geographical area and you will be responsible for the development and implementation of business plans with our key partners and customers.
You will be working out in the field closely to our customers.
It will also be your job to find new opportunities and make business of them in order to grow Axis presence in the market.
You will be working from a home office, but you will be part of a multinational sales team covering UK/Ireland and the Nordic Countries.
The team will provide you with sales support and you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for Northern Europe.
As Key Account Manager you will handle accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the account and Axis.

Your main responsibility will be to:
Develop clear business plans for the selected accounts
Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI:s on these.
Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
Work closely together with the system integrators; in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects
Prepare sales reports with new and existing projects
This is a job that requires travelling both within the sothwest of Sweden, Norway and to our Head Quarters in Lund.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with high ambitions and an ability to take initiatives.
We believe you have a technical background andexperience from working with indirect sales, preferably a technical sales position.
Furthermore you have a strong commercial mindset.
You are proactive in your work and have ability to manage time and prioritize.

Apart from this you have the following qualifications:
3-5 years experience from working in a similar sales position
Excellent communication/negotiation skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
