Key Account Manager
The position: Key Account Manager ITS
As a Key Account Manager together with BDD (Business development director) you are responsible for account management including identifying, developing, preparing tenders for and closing customer prospects in a professional manner. You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio. Key responsibility is to ensure customer relations and satisfaction throughout a long-term partnership.
Main tasks:
• Establish and maintain a long-term business relationship with clients.
• Generate sales for a portfolio of clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities within new and existing clients.
Maintain a proactive attitude toward clients.
• Respond quickly to any client/customer inquiries.
• Understand the customer?s business and position Norbit accordingly.
• Lead tender projects utilizing the whole Norbit organization.
• Stay updated on market drivers, competitors and potential opportunities.
Education/experience:
Education on BSc / MSc level. Technical and/or business.
Experience from technical sales, preferably in an international B2B market.
Good command of both oral and written Norwegian and English. Additional language is an advantage. (Ex. Spanish or French)
Travel: Travelling must be expected.
The position reports to: Business Development Director ITS Norbit.
