Axis is now looking for a Key Account Manager - Digital Transformation. A significant growth opportunity in our long-term strategy within UK & Ireland, and our exciting Sales Region in Northern Europe. YOUR FUTURE TEAM?

As of today, the team is formed by 6 open, and driven Account Managers and Key Account Managers. You will report to Daren Lang, Manager of Global Partners & End Customers. Besides your closest teammates, you will also interact with many whole sales roles within Northern Europe, including Sales Engineers & Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely with marketing - always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Key Account Manager - Digital transformation is responsible for supporting the development of sales through strategic partners across Northern Europe. The role will work closely with strategic partners for cloud services and IT integration. You will also be the regional conduit between our region and the global organization, ensuring we are aligned at all levels.



Education is a cornerstone of the Axis business, and you will be required to create awareness and education of Axis solutions for individuals and business units both internally within Axis and externally across relevant partner networks. You are expected to be the regional brand ambassador.



Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Develop and deliver a regional strategy for positioning Axis as the #1 choice of IoT sensors and data capture.
* Work closely with our global sales organization and across other Axis sales regions to develop best practices and strategic alignment.
* Identifying, nurturing, and developing new relationships with individuals and teams across both existing and new technical and commercial partners.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of Axis event strategy for digital transformation.
* Provide awareness and education through webinars, events, Axis Experience Centre tours and promote the values of the Axis brand.
* Identifying key industry forums and being a prominent thought leader in them.

WHO ARE YOU?

Your experience will show that you understand the process of using digital technologies to create new or modify existing, business processes, culture, and customer experiences. You are well-networked and able to clearly evidence success working in and with matrix organizations and dynamic ecosystems.

Your method to cope with change is being flexible and creating structure both for you and your colleagues. In addition to this, we believe you love achieving goals and have an inner drive and motivation to reach them!



We would also love to see that you have/are:

* Some years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT industry
* Fluent language skills in English, written and spoken
* A big technical interest and/or experience in technology
* A natural presenter with excellent interpersonal skills



Bonus points for...

* Experience in the safety & security industry
* Experience in an indirect sales model
