NORDIC MARKETING DEVELOPER
Job description / Mission
This is a great opportunity if you are in the beginning of your career and want to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for a talented engineer who can contribute to our growth and who strive for long-term development within our organisation.
As Marketing Development Manager for the Nordic region, you will have the overall responsibility for marketing development activities in the Nordic region, with the aim of increasing the use of reinforced concrete in the Nordic countries.
Your main tasks will be:
• working with customers to develop and promote advantages in on site construction
• making presentations to clients, contractors, reinforcing fabricators, consulting engineers and industry professionals.
• working with the construction industry to develop and establish methods and schemes for the responsible sourcing and sustainable procurement of construction materials
• iaising with universities and other technical bodies to help promote and fund research projects on the benefits of high ductility reinforcement and reinforced concrete design
• collaborating with construction and steel industry statistical bodies to gain market information on all Nordic construction, steel production and imports/exports of steel products to make future market predictions.
The position is based in Stockholm (Infra City) and you will report to the Commercial Director, based in Stockholm.
You will be part of the Celsa Group Marketing department, and coordinate all marketing activities with the rest of the CELSA Group. You will participate in regular meetings with Marketing Developers from other regions, reporting, in this case, to the Marketing Manager of Celsa Group, based in Barcelona.
Experience requirements
The applicants we are looking for hold a MSc in Engineering (“civilingenjörâ€?), preferably in Civil Engineering. Knowledge in structural design is essential. You can be newly graduated or have a few years of working experience within marketing and/or industry. You need to have international experience from studying or working abroad.
We believe you have great potential and the ability to combine a genuine technical interest with good sense of business. You also have a strong drive to achieve set goals, and you take pride in doing a good job. We expect you to be fluent in English and Swedish.
