Description
Kambi is looking for an HR generalist who has had experience with supporting an HR team with administration of day to day operations such as payroll, recruitment, selection & assessment as well as employee data management and reporting.

The right candidate will report to the HR Manager in London to support a global business of 180 employees with offices in Sweden, Malta and UK. The position includes traveling.

The right person is a dedicated people person with a natural focus on problem solving who also sees the benefits of being a part of a great organization that promotes freedom, flexibility and supports their employees to be successful. This person will have an ability to operate and deliver successfully across the full spectrum of HR activities from day to day administration, supporting global projects and advising managers and staff on company guidelines.

Role
• Operational HR - administration of employee records, HR-system and payroll, according to local legal requirements. Maintain a group-wide compensation and benefit program including salary review, payroll, staff budget, insurances etc. Min experience 1-2 years.
• Recruitment - understanding of the local market and ability to support selection and assessments, min experience 1-2 years.
• Employee relations - support employees in their work and employment related questions and concerns, min experience 1-2 years.
• Policies & Procedures & Reporting - respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• HR Projects - supporting with set-up and implementation of various projects

Skills
• Employment law - ability to see when there may be a legal issue and find and understand necessary HR legal information (employment, tax, immigration etc. specifically in Sweden) as well as Swedish best practice.
• HR administration ability - attention to detail; good working knowledge of MS Office; ability to administrate an HR budget; ability to support company growth; ability to administrate succession planning and talent management.
• Good relationship building skills - cooperates when working with other people; creates a good dialogue when communicating with employees and colleagues; inspires trust; Is able to understand how others think and feel; ability to build good relationships, trust and mutual respect over both geographical and hierarchical boundaries.
• Language skills - Very good English and Swedish, both verbally and written, are required.
