Are you at the same time the person who really enjoys supporting your colleagues with both nitpicky details and grand business decisions? We are now looking for you who want to be our administrative star in the Key Account Manager team at foodora. You will be an important player when it comes to making our Key Account Manager's days more effective and less administrative. You thrive when all t's are crossed and all i's are dotted. If you are a curious and ambitious person who wants to be part of taking this team to the next level we might be just right for each other!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support the Key Account Manager-team in their daily work and administrative tasks, such as update agreements, contact information, vendor deal campaigns etc.
• Support the team with a monthly compilation in google slides, which will be used on board meetings
• Build up an as effective administrative process as possible
• Other ad hoc tasks will be assigned

• Structured - You have it in you, to be structured in every single task you will be assigned
• Self-reliant - This is a completely new role, and we trust you to feel confident in taking on your own tasks and initiatives
• Flexible - You are used to work in a fast paced environment where being flexible is crucial
• Highly driven - What would foodora be without all highly driven foodorians, we hope that you can relate and wanna jump on this entrepreneurial train!
QUALIFICATIONS
• You have previous experience from working in a role where focus has been on administrative tasks
• It will be considered a plus if you are working at foodora or have previous experience from working internally at foodora
• You probably have experience from working in Salesforce and backend-systems
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Start date: August/September
