We are now searching for a Key Account Management Controlling Specialist (KAM Controlling Specialist) to provide controlling support to the sales functions. This position is full time, based in Stockholm and will be appointed as soon as possible.
In this position, you have the pleasure of being part of two teams: You report hierarchically to the Head of Key Account Management, whose team you support on controlling matters related to the respective customers, and functionally to the Head of Finance Northern Europe since you belong to the ?function? of Finance.
Key Accountabilities
You are accountable for, in close cooperation with the KAM, updating, verifying and storing all customer invoices, agreements and rebates in SAP and identify and take actions on deviations from the results versus forecast for the full business in both Sweden and Denmark. You are the main point of contact for our customer invoicing departments, ensuring excellent relations in managing all payments. You are further accountable to continuously update pricelists on SKU level for Sweden and ensure that the correct information is cascaded to the sales force regarding promotional activities, agreements and listings through our sales support system and, in addition, you will work as the Nordic contact point and super user for all matters related to purchase, to pay process as well as handle some external reporting.
About you
This position gives great insight into the Accounting and Controlling areas, and we are looking for a person who wants to further develop his/her, and our organizations, administrative and analytical skills within these areas in order to grow long term in the area of Controlling/Finance. To succeed in this position, we believe that you have a University degree in Finance or Accounting, previous administrative experience and are an expert in working in an organized and structured manner. Furthermore, good computer skills are required, especially within Excel and SAP. You are resilient and positive in your approach and have great communication skills in Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
