Position Overview
Professionals Nord, on behalf of Emhart Glass, is seeking a Junior Trainer Mechatronics & Technical Writer.
Here, you 'll find an open and inspiring work environment where your energy will make a difference. In this role, you will use your pedagogical skills and technical background. You 'll be challenged to review and develop textual content for educational programs and documents. You will also conduct training sessions for Emhart 's clients worldwide, as well as internally. The work location is Sundsvall, and some travel is involved, so flexibility is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
You will have a significant opportunity for both personal and professional development. In this position, you will gradually progress to eventually handle all of the tasks mentioned below, even if you don 't start with them right from the very beginning.
* Plan and conduct technical training sessions for both internal and external individuals.
* Create course materials and documentation for the training programs.
* Update and maintain technical documents.
* Collaborate with the product development and service departments to integrate new technology and safety aspects.
* Coordinate translations and printing of educational materials.
* Participate in the improvement and development of educational products.
* Provide technical support to customers worldwide, both on-site and remotely.
* Perform service tasks.
We are looking for someone whom:
Have practical experience, technical education, good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others but also have the ability to work independently. As a person you 're highly motivated and engaged in your work. Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office and can communicate fluently in both spoken and written English, as the company operates internationally and uses English as the corporate language. It is meritorious if you have an education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or technical product/solution education, as well as proficiency in Swedish or other languages, but it is not a requirement for the position.
