Our client is one of the world 's leading manufacturers of trucks, buses and industrial and marine engines. The group you will be part of consists of 13 employees who focus on Test Development. You will work with drivelines that year after year are ranked at the top in various market segments and are rewarded with several awards for their functionality and efficiency. You work in cross-functional teams and collaborate a lot across teams within the department. The group is working on testing the Control System, which controls the gearbox and which also controls the driveline from a strategic perspective. A major focus is electrified powertrains, which is an exciting area considering the large vehicles they work with.
Job duties
In the role of test developer, you get extensive knowledge of the gearbox 's handling system and a good overview of how the functions are connected in the software. You will learn about different functionalities to create a broader understanding and in addition the work consists of a large variety of tasks such as:
* Development of test cases and scripts for verification of new functionality
* Perform tests in both simulated environments and manually in vehicles (truck / bus)
* Work with analysis, method development, programming
The company 's new engine will be the best in the world and your role will be an important part in ensuring that the control system actually measures up to be able to get there! You work close to your colleagues and you mainly speak English in your everyday life.

We are looking for:
* College or master 's degree in a relevant technical field
* Knowledge of Python
* Fluency in English in speech and writing
* Interest in Embedded Systems
We see the merit if you have knowledge in Swedish or a strong desire to learn Swedish, have previous experience from testing and a strong interest in vehicles.
