About us
0+X is a software development consultancy company with a team of 70 experts in areas like C++, game development, frontend, backend, DevOps, data engineering, and mobile development.
Our model of work is based on high personal expertise, which means that all our consultants can change projects, no matter the level of complexity, whenever it's needed. We have been growing fast as an organisation and our plan is to expand the team further with new brilliant developers.
To help us achieve that we would like to expand our recruitment team as well. We source developers from all around the world and have internally developed methods to test their skills throughout the process.
We also provide a unique full-service relocation process, in order to ensure that when we hire a new team member, they feel instantly taken care of and have a full comfort when joining our team in Stockholm. Our internal relocation experts solve anything from work permits to apartments, as we bring both individuals as well as whole families from across the world in a real life-changing experience.

Position description
As a Junior technical recruiter, you will have the opportunity to learn the whole recruitment process during the training program. Alongside learning, you will be developing your own approach for every stage of the process. With time you will grow your confidence to start recruiting candidates independently.
About the team
With all the tech expertise we have in the team, 0+X is investing a lot in a learning culture, where we support each other to grow with different workshops, meetups, and other learning practices. We always try to improve our game in every aspect but we also know how to have lots of fun with the team. 0+X is organising amazing winter/summer trips, events for holidays, Friday socials, team-building activities, gaming nights, only to mention some of our internal events.
In order to be successful, you should:
Have constant desire to learn different things, learning to talk and understand technology, source, interview, test and hire candidates.
Have great organisational skills to take care of different candidates and positions at the same time and provide the best candidate experience.
Enjoy solving challenges on the go, being creative with solutions to all the different situations that can come up during the hiring process.
Like working with the team, receiving and sharing ideas in order to constantly improve personal and team game at 0+X.
Qualifications
BSc degree or equivalent just finished or finishing studies. OR have a couple of years of work experience.
Knowledge or interest in learning about technology on a high level.
Excellent oral and written fluency in English.
A personality that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
