ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Tech Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Partner at our client company you'll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability. With the mission to enable the future success and growth by identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates, you will be the point of Talent Acquisition expertise for dedicated business areas, which are depending on your expertise.

In summary you will be responsible for:

Full life cycle recruitment responsibility, acting as junior advisor and partner
Providing guidance and coaching for Hiring Managers in current and future needs
Building relationships with people around the business in order to better understand business demands
Sourcing and headhunting on a global level
Build and maintain a network of key talent while continuously engaging with them in order to have a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments
Continue the company work for the best candidate experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A University degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or another relevant field
Experience working with full life cycle recruitment. We encourage trying new innovative methods.
Great sourcing skills

We see it as a great advantage if you have experience from making successful Tech/Digital recruitments. Experience in working in a global, preferably fast-growing environment, is a plus.

To thrive and succeed at the client company we believe that you easily create your own working structure where one is missing, you can keep a deadline as well as easily re-prioritize your day when needed. You will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English being the primary language for written and spoken communication.

EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consultant assignment meaning you will be employed by OIO. The ambition is for the assignment to be transferred to a permanent employment at the client company.
