hela Sverige For our customer we are looking for a person who will work with Learning Management System - for EMPLOYMENT
The customer is looking for a person with a structured and driven personality
You are a business driven person with a good sense for business needs, logical solutions and an interest in HR and education.
You will prove to be an important person in the Business project team around the roll out of a new LMS (Learning Management System).
The customer expect you to contribute with good knowledge of Excel and an interest of details. Together with the project team you will work with a critical process containing data from our countries as well as handling education materials in the system.
You will work in a team spread broadly across the company, educating the countries in how to collect data, wash the data and upload the data in the system. You will also handle different education materials within the system. We expect you to be comfortable in handling a wide network with the ability to make things happen!
This role includes:
• Educate countries in how to collect data
• Collect data, wash data and upload data in the system
• Handle different education materials in the system
• Work with a constant improvement of the User Data Upload process
Who do we look for?
• You have good skills in Excel and have an interest of details
• You are computer literate and fluent in English
• You are opened minded and unpretentious
• You are a outgoing, newly examinated person, preferred "Systemvetare"
• We prefer that you have "stage experience" since the role includes educating parts
The position will be stationed at the Head office in Stockholm but you will be working with all the different business units and markets.
Start: November 19, 2012
Duration: May 19, 2013 (after that a possible employment)
