As a Junior System Developer, you will be part of a dedicated team at the New Strategic Tools & Processes group within Filler Metals R&D department. The group's main objective is to increase production efficiency by shortening the production time in the development projects. The New Strategic Tools & Processes group is responsible for developing and maintaining a common system for all development and production tools. As a Junior System Developer, you will have a significant role in the development of this new system function.
You and your team will work in close collaboration with R&D in the development of ESAB's tools and systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence and contribute with creative solutions. This is a unique possibility to combine programming with design and visualisation.

You are an analytical and creative person with the ability to think outside the box. You have excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset and the ability to express and transform your ideas into actions. In this exciting and flexible role, you should be structured, responsible, business minded and result oriented. At ESAB you will be part of a small team and you should be comfortable in an environment where you work in close cooperation with your colleagues.
Required qualifications
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience in programming and web development; JavaScript, ASP HTML, REST, C#/C++
* Experience with SQL programming
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Experience in Windows Development/Visual Studio or knowledge in design/UML is meritorious
