We are looking for a System Analyst/Controller (more junior than senior role) to a global Telecom leader/company in Stockholm. This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of six months with start ASAP.
The Role
It a supportative role (more junior than senior role) where you support the financial and operational control of projects and deliveries, helping the ITTE Project Area Managers, Project Managers and ITTE Finance/Business Control.
Main Activities
The duties include the following:
• ONE (MUS/CBS) system set up preparations
• Set up the project structure in ONE (MUS/CBS) and verify and confirm correct structure
• Monitor and maintain project structures in ONE (MUS/CBS) system
• Monitor and maintain ONE (MUS/CBS) data quality, in compliance with Ericsson directives
• Support with project performance analysis.
• Support with continuous monitoring and verification of correctly reported cost
• Support with financial project reporting
• Support with procurement monitoring
• Support with planned revenue activities
• Support with invoicing activities
• Support with project closure activities
Competences & Experience
• Ericsson ONE and BW project controlling
• Good administrative and analytical skills
• Good knowledge in accounting and reporting
• Basic project management skills
• Basic English skills (Exchanges views in English in conversation & writing)
Preferred skills
Knowledge about IS/IT Tools and Access
• ONE (MUS/CBS), BW access
