Our goal is to deliver massive sales numbers to all of our connected merchants, while delivering the best bargain shopping experience to our customers. Fyndiq's platform facilitates the sale of thousands of products from hundreds of merchants every day. Fyndiq's growth is substantial, both revenue and traffic to the site grows 25% on a month-to-month basis. We are a young company of around 45 people with a tech team of six highly skilled engineers.
We now need to reinforce our tech team with a service minded support specialist
At Fyndiq we work in a way inspired by the open source community, and we rely heavily on communication via Github. We develop everything in-house, from server infrastructure and the backend code written in Python/Django to front end parts in JavaScript and HTML. As a junior support specialist you will be part of our tech team, but be the link between all users at the office and the tech team. On a day to basis you will help users with any occurred problems, such as client, printer or mail problems. You will also be responsible for user account administration. Most of us at Fyndiq work with a Windows client, but a few of us also use Mac.
We believe that you are the right person for this job if you have good knowledge in Windows clients and are eager to learn and most of all you are serviceminded. You enjoy troubleshooting and are naturally a social person. If you have some interest in SQL and scripting it is a great plus.
