Now our strategy team needs you! When you join us, we'll create more disruptive strategies, stunning designs, surprising insights, digital smartness, game-changing initiatives, breathtaking films, and a whole lot of things that we could only think of together.
Do you have a strong drive, always finding yourself saying "what if we approach it differently and think in a new way?" Do you have a hard time figuring out if you prefer to play around with numbers, dig deep into the minds of consumers or build concepts and strategies that WOWS, then you are the misfit we are looking for. We can offer you a junior strategist position in a fast-growing company that works with some of the most exciting, quirky, and unexpected brands in the world. Together with our diverse team of strategists, analysts, designers, conceptualists, digital gurus, and filmmakers, you will learn how to build strong brands and successful businesses.
Since you are a fast learner, you will within a year gain valuable experiences from working with insights and analysis, brand strategy, brand activation, and much more.
WE THINK THAT...
• You have a strong track-record, showing that you are a performer

• You get excited about presenting your ideas and make them come alive
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• 1-3 years working experience
• An impressive education, including a university degree preferably from a business or engineering school
• Fluent business English and Swedish
• Confident in ppt, excel and word
With offices in Stockholm and Shanghai, we are a brand and business design agency, with the starting point that strategy and creativity need each other to be truly disruptive and impactful. Today, we are 40 misfits in Stockholm and 25 in Shanghai.
We help companies anticipate the future, find great opportunities, redefine their markets, and establish brands that drive their businesses. We look at the grand picture, but also detailed spots that are not yet captured, which will build the future. We base our solutions on concrete analysis, combining hard facts and deep understanding of customers and markets, as well as creativity, and design thinking, to make our strategies both innovative and effective.
Our fifth year together could not have started better. For the fourth consecutive time, we were awarded Best Brand & Design Agency of the year in Sweden - very exciting!
