We are now looking to strengthen our team with a junior strategist that can help us create new brands or help brands that have lost their way. As a junior strategist, you will be working in close collaboration with designers, other strategists, lawyers and client directors.
If you are a lover of and believer in brands and their followers, we would love to hear from you. If you in addition to this also have an education within the field, have an international perspective as well as an understanding about our clients' reality, you really should apply. Your profile
We believe you are a problem solver with a can-do attitude who thrives on working in design intensive projects. You have knowledge and interest in brand strategy and share our passion for design. Always striving to develop and learn more, you move easily between various tasks, and you are hungry for new opportunities. You are organized, analytical and proactive with an attention to detail. And most importantly, we believe you are a kind person with the ambition to accomplish great things.
Requirements
• Degree in marketing, economy, brand strategy or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a design agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understands the value and importance of design in modern business
• Can thrive in a high paced environment and manage different projects and workloads

We discover and design possibilities. Research and insights, experience maps, and customer journeys, competitor analysis, benchmark-studies, workshops.
We design brands. Brand strategies, brand architecture, brand platforms, brand positioning, behavioral principles, naming.
We design experiences. Visual identities, service design, digital products, signage systems, packaging, retail- and office spaces.
We design change. Employer engagement, brand portals, change management, implementation.
We design protection. Freedom to operate search, pre-file search, trademark portfolio, surveys, lawful marketing, protection, monitoring, agreements, digital legal guidance.
