We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying software development environments that are crucial to our ongoing projects.
As part of a highly collaborative team, you will work on ensuring that our development environment not only meets but exceeds the needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to creating efficient, secure, and fast solutions for both products and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy software development environments, ensuring smooth integration and high performance.
Test and support the software solutions, focusing on areas such as Bitbucket and Artifactory deployments within Kubernetes.
Work in an Agile and DevOps environment, collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support continuous improvements and optimize our development workflows.
Your Profile:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
Solid understanding of container technologies within Linux environments.
Experience with container orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, and YAML.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with artifact management tools such as Artifactory.
Familiarity with source code management tools (e.g., GIT).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially with tools like Jenkins or runners.
Proficiency in project management and planning tools like Jira.
Familiarity with applications such as Mattermost, SonarQube, Confluence, and Vault.
Version control systems such as GIT, Subversion, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with DevOps practices.
Personal Qualities:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Innovative and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement.
A customer-centric approach, passionate about delivering value.
Fluent in both English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Additional Information:
Occasional travel may be required.
This position is full-time and will primarily be on-site, with the potential for flexible working arrangements.
