On behalf of our client we are now looking for a dedicated Junior Scientific Expert. The client operates on a European level and is based in Stockholm
Main areas of responsibilities
• Contribute to the response activities (e.g. rapid risk assessment, finding information, contributing to reports etc.) in the area of epidemic intelligence
• Contribute to the daily surveillance of travel-associated cases of Legionnaires’ disease
• Contribute to the outputs (reports, papers, risk assessments) delivered by the section

Qualifications:
Education
• University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or related discipline.
Competence and Experience requirements
• Education at university level
• Public Health background would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills needed (written and spoken)
• Speaking and writing English fluently.
Personal characteristics
• High level of responsibility and ability to take initiative
• Very good ability to work in team.
• Good sense of accuracy and attention to details
