Pearl is one of the foremost deliverers of ERP solutions in Northern Europe. They deliver complete solutions within a variety of different application areas and make sure that their customers are successful by always delivering with great competent, advanced techniques and a unique understanding of the business area. Pearl is always striving for long relationships with its clients and is the market leader in the implementation of SAPs new in-memory platform S/4 HANA. Today, they have 330 employees around Europe, and they are growing fast in Sweden. You will be placed at your client's but will meet and do fun things, like a trip or dinner, with the team at Pearl.
Pearl has seen the missing competencies within the IT area and wants to be a part of the solution. They have, together with SAP, developed a 2-month long program that is designed to help candidates make a change in their carrier or develop their skills in SAP. After these two months of full-time studies, you will get a certification within one of SAP's areas: financial accounting, business technology platform, procurement, sales, or manufacturing, and start working as an SAP consultant at Pearl!
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
During the first two months, you will complete a digital, full-time program within SAP and after completing this you will start working as an SAP consultant at Pearl. When you start working as a consultant your foremost duties will be:
• Working with new and existing implementations
• Configure SAP solutions
• Finds and implements the best solutions for the client
• Integrationsand make improvements in the business processes
• Be a partner to your clients and deliver the best solutions
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Have a relevant education beyond high school, for example, economy, engineering, or developer
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience within a relevant field, like logistics, controller, economy, team leader, or other
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
It's considered a merit if you
• Have previous knowledge of SAP
• Previous worked as a consultant
• Have knowledge of Swedish
Your personality is very important in this position, and we believe that you need to be driven, want to evolve, and have good communicative ability. Going forward, we will foremost focus on the following personal characteristics:
