hela Sverige Are you passionate about shaping the future of the Savings & Investments business in Swedbank? Are you interested in tracking sales related to funds, equities and other Savings products? We are looking for a Swedish speaking Sales Analyst to help the bank transition to an insight- and data-driven ways of working related to our Savings, Pension, Insurance and advisory business.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Help the organisation to make factual based decisions based on data analyses and follow-up of sales, margins and customer/advisor activity
• Assist in setting leading performance indicators, objectives and key results to help realize our vision
• Work together with the team to drive strategic projects and contribute in relevant fora's to ensure transition towards a data-driven way of working
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, IT, mathematics, economics, or other relevant fields
• Advanced experience in Excel working with larger data sets
• Permanent residency in Sweden and fluency in Swedish
• Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Microstrategy) is advantageous
• Experience working with SQL queries and larger data sets is advantageous
• General knowledge in data modelling, data analyses and experience in formulating data requirements together with stakeholders
• Ability to package complex data and figures into easily digestible insights that are understandable for diverse senior executives and key stakeholders
• Previous experience working with financial services is advantageous
