We have an opportunity for an intern/trainee/junior to assist us in our growth and expansion in Sweden and to other countries.
Adding Value Consulting (AVC) is a small but very driven and dynamic company with growth potential. We educate and certify professionals in Agile, IT and Project - Best Practice Management Methodologies. These certifications are standards in Sweden, as well as Globally, in various industries. We are offering our training and certification courses online, eLearning or as classroom training courses.
At this moment we are offering more than 120 different certifications online and as eLearning. We are aiming to be the leading organisation in Europe.
We are expanding to new countries. We are introducing new products. We are launching a new website. And... WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Who are you?
The opportunity suits you who are energetic, entrepreneurial person, able to work independently, daring to take initiatives and responsibility. The position is ideal for a result driven individual, who is service-minded and customer-focussed person, with experience in B2B sales and good at building relationships.
Your qualifications
Relevant post-secondary (efter gymnasia) education
At least 6 months experience in B2B sales
Documented good sales results
Fluent Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Knowledge of Finnish; Danish and/or Norwegian is an advantage
Experience from the IT and/or Consulting industry is an advantage

What will you be doing?
We want you to sell our products (eLearning, online courses, certifications) to previous, existing, and potential customers in Sweden and possibly internationally.
You are responsible for the entire sales process, everything from first customer contact, digital or phone meetings and sending out quotes to completed business. Thereafter you also follow up the customer. Build a customer relationship.
Furthermore, you work closely with the AVC team where you get support and the opportunity to discuss strategies at regular sales meetings. In addition, you regularly follow up your results based on KPIs together with your manager. Together, you make sure you have the tools you need to drive your sales forward.
