The role

MAJORITY is looking for a Junior Risk Analyst, to join its risk team in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor existing transactions performance for loss/risk exposure.

Provide analysis and reporting.

Review and monitor current claim and collection results for trends while focusing on reducing the claim rate.

Proactively identify fraud and AML by utilizing the internal security monitoring system to effectively analyze transaction activity.

Manage and escalates alerts when required.

Provide quality customer service and subject matter expertise to all internal departments, third party partners and sales organization.

Investigate cases as needed.

Drive results with a proven ability to achieve both team and individual goals consistently.


Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Master's degree is a plus.

At least two years of experience in similar roles.

Proven track record in risk management within the financial transaction industry.

Ability to work in team effectively and creating strong relationships.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.

Need to be qualified to work in the US.
