hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Qliro AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Junior Operational Risk Analyst to join our Risk Control Function. The team contains 4 people and you will be reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.
You will be working with a senior colleague with the operational risk area, which means identifying operational risks throughout Qliro and weaknesses in the first line management of operational risk. The role also includes working with the improvement of the operational risk framework including information Security. Hence, this is a broad role where you will be facing the whole of the company and offered a steep learning curve.
What you will do:
- Support the identification and reporting of operational risk
- Improvement and maintenance of the operational risk framework, processes, support tools including incident management, Business continuity planning, NPAP, RCSA Process framework
- Coordinate and participate in risk analysis
- Executing on the control program
- Execute on informational activities toward the first line
- Liaise with the information security and risk management team in first line
- Incident analysis
- Execute on other assigned tasks from time to time
Who are we looking for?
Since this is a junior position we look for the right person who would like to grow with us as a company rather than a very specific skill set, with that said we expect that you have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills and are fluent in English
- The ability to communicate concepts to a broad range of staff
- Energy and commitment to pursue projects on your own with good results and within agreed timeframe
- Experience from working in financial regulated company
- Experience from working in a risk control function is consider meriting
- Academic degree within the area of IT, Finance, Accounting or similar
You are an eager, ambitious, and positive person that thrives in a fast-paced environment and you should enjoy and be used to managing several things simultaneously. Additionally, you will have an ability to work independently and enjoy swift resolution of issues as well as administration tasks in a business with aggressive growth targets.
